Oikosi ("we", "us", "our") is operated by IntelecsAI, Inc., a Delaware C Corporation. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data when you use the Oikosi mobile application and related services.

2. Data We Collect

When you use Oikosi, we may collect the following information:

  • Account information: Name, email address, and profile data provided through Google, Apple, or Microsoft sign-in.
  • Property data: Listing details, photos, descriptions, and pricing you provide as a host.
  • Usage data: Interactions with the app including searches, bookings, messages, and voice assistant conversations.
  • Device data: Device type, operating system, app version, and anonymised analytics.
  • Location data: Approximate or precise location when you grant permission, used for property search and maps.
  • Voice data: Audio processed in real-time for the voice assistant feature. We do not store raw audio recordings.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

  • Provide and improve the Oikosi service, including AI-powered search, voice assistant, and lead capture.
  • Facilitate communication between guests and hosts.
  • Process payments and subscriptions through Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play.
  • Send notifications about bookings, messages, and leads.
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve the app experience.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers: Infrastructure (AWS), payment processing (Stripe, Apple, Google), authentication (Google, Apple, Microsoft), and analytics services that help us operate the app.
  • Other users: Property listings, host profiles, and messages are shared between guests and hosts as part of the service.
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers managed by Amazon Web Services (AWS). We use encryption in transit and at rest, and follow industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
  • Export your data in a portable format.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account directly within the Oikosi app by going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data within 30 days. Alternatively, you can contact us at privacy@oikosi.com to request deletion.

8. Cookies and Tracking

The Oikosi mobile app does not use cookies. Our website uses minimal, essential cookies for functionality. We use anonymised analytics to understand usage patterns but do not track individual users across other apps or websites.

9. Children's Privacy

Oikosi is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of Oikosi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Oikosi application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

Oikosi is a property management and AI-powered estate agent platform that helps hosts manage listings, communicate with guests, and capture leads through voice and chat interfaces.

3. Subscription Terms

Oikosi offers auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Starter Plan: Monthly subscription providing basic features including limited listings and AI voice minutes.
  • Pro Plan: Monthly subscription providing enhanced features including more listings, additional AI voice minutes, and advanced analytics.

Subscription prices vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating listings and communicating with guests.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not misuse the AI voice assistant or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
  • Respect the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Oikosi application, including its design, features, and content, is owned by IntelecsAI, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the application without our written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Oikosi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the app settings.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
